Sony Ericsson announces the C510 and W508 mobile phones
8 January 2009 by Olav Hellesø-Knutsen Sony Ericsson today announced two new mobile phones and introduces Smile Shutter technology which detects a person's smile and immediately takes a photo. The older C905 Cyber-shot model will be upgraded with several new features. The Sony Ericsson C510 Cyber-shot is an addition to the camera range family. Hence the Cyper-shot name. The camera resolution is only 3.2 megapixel, but the rest of the camera features are better than the average camera phone:

The new W508 Walkman
The W508 Walkman supports HSDPA 2100 and EDGE 850/900/1800/1900. The W508a supports HSDPA 850/1900/2100 and EDGE 850/900/1800/1900. W508 Walkman will be available in selected markets from Q2 in the colours Metal Grey and Poetic White.
