Sony Ericsson may have just announced the Cyber-shot K800 but the people of Japan can already get their hands on the latest 3.2MP Sony Ericsson handset.

The 3.2 Megapixel K800 is a welcome addition to Sony Ericsson's International portfolio, but we will have to wait a few months before we can get our hands one one.On the other hand the lucky Japanese can already get the FOMA SO902i  which is a 3G mobile phone that comes equipped with two cameras one at the front for video calls, however, the second, placed on the back, takes incredibly vivid pictures in all their 3.2-megapixel glory it also comes with a 1.9-inch QVGA display, tMemory Stick Duo expansion slot, and a reported 140 minutes of talk time.

So if you happen to be in japan and are looking for a multi-megapixel shooter in a sleek well designed candybar handset, the FOMA SO902i will become available through NTT DoCoMo starting March 10th.

The camera is nice, the phone is ok. I had a Sony K750i and this is replacing it and I am disappointed in this SO902i because the music player of it sucks. I am also having a hell of a time making my own ring tone. The phone does not accept MP3. You need to take and MP4 or M4a and rename the extinsion to 3gp and play music with the video player. Furthermore when I try to use one of those 3gp music files as my ringtone, one I edited to be 15 seconds it says in the properties fo the player it is not permitted. Other than the musical limits of the phone, I really like it.
