Smallest ever Sony Ericsson mobile phone announced
12 May 2004 Sony Ericsson has announced the Premini model for the Japanese market. It’s a DoCoMo model measuring only 90 x 39 x 19 mm.
An external antenna is placed on top of the phone formed as a loop similar to the Sony Ericsson Z200 clamshell model. The talktime is 300 minutes and standby time is 100 hours. Premini has a 5-way navigation key and dedicated buttons for Internet access and email. Premini is made for the DoCoMo network in Japan, and will never reach the European market.
