Text from Gmail Sent from blackberry not appearing on a Mobie phonel

I have got a puzzling problem.
I use a blackberry 9000

I just activated push email services for Gmail on my wife Sony Elm mobile phone. Its a basic mobile phone, nothing fancy

I've sent email to her Gmail address from my PC from Gmail as well as my corporate email address, There are no issues, push email works perfectly on the Sony Elm. Subject and body of text of the email appears well.

From my blackberry bold, I send email to her Gmail address, from my corporate email, no issues, subject and body of text appears on her mobile.

HOWEVER, when i send from Gmail of my Blackberry, only the Subject of the email appears on her mobile, but the body of text does not appear.

So far what i've done is to change the font on my BB.

I have also changed the settings on the Sony Elm mobile phone to have no limits in downloading, and to download subject as well as text.

Does anyone know what the problem is and any solutions?

Blame it to Blackberry because I heard they use different format or something like that.
Email from Blackberry also got mesh when sending to a mailing list.

seems also to me that the blame is to the blackberry. Must be some type of data compression.!

However.. this is also Gmail's fault.
Emails sent from my corporate account from the same blackberry appear in my wife's phone.

So there is some incompatibility between blackberry and gmail resulting in the failure on the Sony ericsson phone

But this is nonsense!
I may have sent many important emails out which were never read because there was no body of text in the message.
