Hi friends,
I've seen some comments or Status update which will display as via iphone, via xperia with SE Logo. I am using Vivaz, but when i update the status or comments through my vivaz phone it looks normal..??
Any one have answer for this.. ????

You have to use an
specific app.
I'm on an X10 Mini Pro... if I use Facebook for Android, my status update says "via Facebook for Android"
If I update my status using Timescape, it says "via
Mini Pro"
Usually, the Xperias will show the
logo on Facebook if Timescape is used. If not, it just says Android.

Doesn't the Vivaz have a facebook app? What happens when you update your status using the app itself and not the browser?

When I used to go on fb via my old satio any comments I made would tag with "via open os" or simething similar. Never said the make or model. My elm and my X10's state either Sony Ericsson or Android

@Rookwise, for the X10, you have to use Timescape, not Facebook for Android.
@babu, if it says 'open os' or something else, then that means that Symbian did not include an identifier tag for their OS for Facebook.
For all X10 (and I'm assuming X8) models... only Timescape updates will return the "posted from
X10" tag on Facebook. Using the Facebook app for Android will retag updates as "posted from Android" instead of an specific tag.

I use Facebook on myphone and everytime I post summat it says Via Android,
same on the HTC too
