@juris15: i'm impressed! really stunning! love it

Posted by juris15
thanks btw your unnamed tablet is great the same goes for x4 and x-wave

Posted by bart
x-wave is boring.
x3 is acceptable, but misses soul and color.

Posted by Remort1
@juris15: thanks
@bart: well thanks..

Posted by juris15
well there's always a room for improvements
imo my concepts are nothing compared to those 2009

Posted by Remort1
i don't think so, they're really good, i'm always pleased to see something new coming from you

Posted by juris15

@juris15: i just love them, i have no words, can you teach me making some concepts just like you? this is just awesome stuff!

Posted by juris15
thanks remort
haha mine are just copy and paste phone they're all based from other SE phones and Sony products...
the x³ has the shape of Xperia arc and its metal/chrome on the borders, the back/camera and hardware buttons are from sony bloggie...

Very nice concept Juris15! The X3's texture looks really nice and it's also 3D?! How cool is that

Posted by juris15
@fairen: thanks yup it also has 3D glass-free screen
x³ = 3d screen, 3d camera, ...and maybe 3d audio effect?

@juris: your Ryo reminds me of Kurosaki Ichigo. Don't know why though. Yet it is impressive.

@remort: I don't have to ask whether it's android or not. Haven't you thought of HDMI and USB ports?

Posted by Remort1
well now that you talk about those things...yes, i dind't think about that, i'll remake it once i have time, with mini-usb support and hdmi-out

Posted by juris15
@tranced haha Bleach? don't know that anime... btw thanks

I recently discovered 3D, so here's what i came up with after my long hiatus.

Xperia arc duo:

Xperia curve quad:

Both have 4.5" 720p HD OLED Multitouch displays. Yes, I know it's overkill but actually it's pretty doable. I managed to keep the dimensions to 60mm x 120 mm x 10mm (8mm at thinnest points). The trick is to minimize the bezel size. The arc duo is basically an update to the original arc but the main difference is the dual core proccy and the rotating camera. The curve quad has an aluminum unibody. It's quad-core, obviously like the NGP.

Both run on Honeycomb, btw. That explains the singular home button.

A boy can dream.

Nice !!! What app are U using? maybe I will try some 3D too

Posted by pavlov's_dog
^^ I used google sketchup. It's a freeware, but very capable. I'm still learning it though. It's a bit of a challenge to manipulate curved surfaces. I also want to know how to render photorealistic images (and fool fanboys in the process. )
