The quality of the photos, taken with X10, is superb! Why can sugges that these photos are made with a mobile phone?

Posted by Mano82
Still some people say that X10 camera is crap

Most of the time my pictures are a bit blurred. The colours come out very good but even with the image stabilizer on it's blurry. We still have firmware R1FA014 in Belgium, maby that is part of the problem.

Here are some pictures i took when i went on a trip with school to germany and czech republic. These are also the best pictures i took, i left out the blurry ones. I used the image stabilizer for all the shots, sport mode for outdoors and normal mode for indoors.

This one has very nice colours.

This one was taken inside a moving bus.

Infinity88: You should turn off the image stabiliser because it just ruin photos. They get worse when itīs activated

When taking a picture do you find that Normal mode works better than Multi focus setting? I have taken most of my shots via Normal and don't really see a huge difference in Multi focus. I will start taking pics in Multi focus mode to try, but wondering if anyone else has comments on that? I do however find the new software update has made my camera function a bit more snappy even though I am still running 1.6 and eagerly waiting for the official new update from Rogers.

Thanks....

Mr Infinity,

I don't even have a x10 and it may sound a bit stupid but clean the camera lens before using it. The lens are usually dirty since there's no shutter. I got the same "problem" with my w995.

Are using macro mode? Perhaps the subject is too small or the environment is too dark so it keeps focusing on the background? That's all I can think of, or your unit is faulty.

Thanks mate, it's my favourite too. Was surprised to see the quality of the shot when I viewed it on the computer screen since full resolution view isn't supported on X10 for some disappointing reason. Hopefuly they'll change that with Eclair

Anyway, some shots over the weekend
