Guys i know many of you noticed that the huge list of photoshopped phones during the earlier versions of the thread was not included here. its because the character limit prevents me from doing so. i include the UI and hand drawn concepts here since they are not as huge as the latter. though i put a link on the section for as a solution. hope you guys continue innovating with concepts (esp the great photoshoppers in the previous threads)

What you could do is link the old concepts and hand drawn concepts to your previous post (the printable version). That way, you have more "room" (letters wise) for the upcoming 2009 session, which will no doubt be an immediate success!

Thanks clauf, your advice is nice though i don't know where should i place the old list of the handsketched and UI concepts as the former threads have been locked already. my second post on page 1 will probably serve as continuation once the main list gets full.
@hydro. Amazing start mate. nice colours on the concept. not to mention the rendering is very neat.
Also. for those guys who would like to post their entries in the handsketched section. i can only accept phone concepts.

Aha that X2 is nice. Im also working on my first concept in paint. Going to not use ugly color and well i got no photoshop so yeah...but look foward to it! Wow oli that is one nice hand drawn concept! The cybershot clamshell of course. I really wish that was true.

Yeah, but the width of the phone also restricts screen-size, but the screen is stretched right to the edges (without looking stupid, you need to have at least some bezel). Because the screen is 4:3 (by the looks of it), the screen is about as big as it possibly could be!

You're absolutely right Oli, anyway that was just a teaser as i will be posting more from that phone concept. i'm having hard time thinking for the rear design of the phone. usually whenever i make designs i make back portions first. but this time the i made the front first.

It's a dual slider so if the call/end buttons are not on the navigation surface it could be inside the slide keypad. I would like to do a 16:9 screen but that's the only WM7 screenshot that i have so far. for the OK button sure i'll change that one to suit UIQ style (back button).
Expect more from that concept as i'm implementing the camera and other possible modes.

Everyting is perfect and great design. I want this to be real. I want this to have a stereo speakers and be a multimedia monster.
But sadly there is a controversial design in keypad feel. wy we need the call/end buttons underneath? That means if we want to attend the call we have to slide out and press right? I thing sliding out is enough. End is may be in a same way. That looks weird. Also simple soft key will do call/end functions.also it make device lengthy when opened. My suggestion is keep it on the top side and keep only numeric keys underneath.also for numeric keys there could be some projections so that it will make typing comfortable thanks. Hope my ideas valuable.
