It is not the first time Eldar has got his hands on a missplaced Nokia device. Last time Nokia took legal actions against the editor. The previous unauthorized phone was the Nokia N8, and Mr. Murtazin did not give it any good verdict. The N8 he reviewd was an early prototype which could have something to do with slow software etc.
Today Eldar published a short notice on his personal blog saying "I do not like the device". Secondly "The illustration photo is not by me". He might not be testing a AT&T branded phone over in Russia
