This new driver still has the green screen, when you take pictures, and when you record video.

It doesn't let me take pictures, but I can record video, see how it records:

Honestly, I think you should work on this driver

Ok we will try to work with this driver so we can achieve some improvement for this driver, the properties that were changed as I comment and describe here, we will first increase the property gamma and increase slightly the exposure it at the auto mode, so we we really know what has changed.

Well, this driver is crazy

One thing I noticed, when I take a picture in direct sunlight, the camera hangs and closes. When I try to record video in direct sunlight, the camera doesn't record the video! Only the sound.

New Micron CMOS image sensor
The Micron MT9M112 delivers brilliant color images even under some of the poorest lighting conditions. The MT9M112 is a fully integrated system-on-chip (SoC) sensor, incorporating additional logic on the device that simplifies the camera module design, related manufacturing processes, system integration, power management, and component count. The MT9M112 is capable of 15 frames-per-second (fps) at full resolution and 30 fps in preview mode. It has a pixel size of 2.8 micron square and contains 1,280 horizontal by 1,024 vertical active pixels (standard SXGA format). Samples for this device are available now and production will commence in December of 2005.

Small sensor, but with optimal image quality
"As the form factor for mobile handsets continues to reduce in size, it is imperative for the sensor to follow suit while maintaining optimal image quality," said Hisayuki Suzuki, senior director of marketing for the Micron Imaging Group. Micron MT9M112 image sensor - Features
Advanced image processing features are designed directly into the MT9M112 including three channel gamma correction, lens shading correction, and color correction. Automatic features include on-the-fly auto defect correction, auto exposure, auto white balance, auto black reference, auto flicker avoidance, and auto color saturation. The camera control sequencer automates the camera's flash and video clip snapshots. Additional features include 2 by 2 pixel binning, programmable input/output slew rate, mechanical shutter support, and continuous, smooth zoom and pan, as well as day and night mode configurations.

The MT9V112 SOC sensor measures just 4mm diagonally. It is a complete camera on a chip with a data rate of 13.5 megapixels per second, and a master clock of 27 MHz. It requires only a power supply, lens, and clock source for basic operation. Its on-chip capabilities include an advanced image flow processor which performs: auto exposure, white balance, horizontal blanking, vertical blanking, color recovery and correction, sharpening, programmable gamma correction, on the fly defect identification and correction, zoom, windowing, and numerous other automatic functions. All functions are programmable through a two-wire serial interface. The MT9V112 is targeted primarily at cell phones, but is also appropriate for dual-mode camera applications, PDAs, toys and other battery-powered products.

Removed some lines but the time to save remains the same is not felt that changed, some stimuli of functions are not taken or are not answered by the hardware that is what appears.

About other models like as k800

So I believe that apart from general properties are the properties specific to each chip to respond adequately to the sensor in each camera, send a message to the Raid saying about this Hypothesis.I think that for the models k800 someone or you could get the electrical scheme k800 chip to take advantage of their best qualities.

Of course we can try the driver of the w300 but not assure you that the photographs will be the same as a w300.

My friend the power sequence is the same the w830/w850 are identical on camera you can test the driver of the w850 because there were not many changes.
Try the driver w850 and write the results here. and up some pics with your w830 here.

Sorry for long time without answer.
Ok, tried the w300 driver on my z530.
It works fine.
Compared to the z530 driver, I don't have the problem of the light metering getting stuck.
Also, it seems to react much faster than original driver.

Things to note:
- Nightmode: like the z530 driver, activating this has no effect.
- Effects: black and white in fact is sepia. Only black and white "works" (a sepia) all the other effect modes do nothing.

Quality seems a bit improved from the z530 driver.
Sorry, I can't post pics now, but at least I wanted to give you some feedback.

as you can see the pictures are better excpt for the brightness part. The 5.5 driver has some grains but the brazuka driver is at least none. Not sure if it is because it is low in brightness. Both pictures have have 0.0 exposures. If you can adjust the drivers for my w550i.

yes the ver 3.4 works in my w830!..so can u upgrade it to ure latest version?(v4)..so the only difference is the omni sequence correct?
well in ure 3.4 ver..the pictures look good..the only drawback might be the video recording which appears sort of grainy..i havent tested ure v4 so i dont really know much about it..hope u post ure v4 for the w830 soon!!

Sir brazuka, I need an original cam driver for my w550i 4.6 so I can revert if ever the 5.95 still is unstable. I have only reflash my phone because the quality of depeha 5.5 driver is not gud comapred to the original 4.6 driver. I still dont have a copy of 4.6 R4CB firmware for my w?50i. Does anyone have the original driver?

Is there a way I can backup my own camera driver or any driver I want in my phone via se tool 2 lite? since Far and XS++ doesnt work for my phone.

Im still charging my phone right now. Im still finding the 4.6 version of w550i camera driver because the link youve given is k600 driver with w550i power on sequence. Im looking for the original one with 4.6 then ill be able to test your 5.95 camera driver.

I don�t understand friend... the version 5.95_beta don�t works or whats?
The drivers of the w600 and w550 are the same friends I only achieve the original driver of the w550 not working now because the program and now works to extract the files of firmware fs and u can use the driver w600 in your mobile w550 is the same.

5.6 is working for me but very dark.
5.95, my camera doesnt start.
