tried bluetooth search today in my local it was very busy. i had a list of about 25 to 35 bt names cum up mostly phone names i.e. 6230,k700,6310i etc etc ....... to a point where i had to cancel search as it was taking ages. bt seems to be very popular these days. |

AFAIK bt implementation has one of the lowest relative power consumption rates among all the manufacturers.

I think the majority of people who use bt properly the minority are going to put a dampner on the thing due to sending wrong unapropriate material. i can see it being a major concern in the future.

when I was on the train, I had an incoming bt.
I scanned the area but everyone looked natural.
(who knows might have had a BT Hookup Shh dont tell AIko)
Didn't open it til I transfered it to my pc for fea that it might be a virus.
Turned out to be three women masturbating. (spraying all over the place)

Possibly. Ive always predicted it to happen since i first heard of bluejacking.
However, of the people i know who in the past have sent innapropriate material to strangers, the novelty quickly wore off and they stopped doing it after not so long.

but I'm fairly sure there was no where at that time where it was illegal.
Israel disallowed the use of bluetooth completely until mid-late last year I recall

Its not illegal no, but using bluejacking to bully, harass, annoy, pester, bother, pursue, stalk, worry, tease, badger, hound or trouble people, it then becomes illegal.
