@all

I really need your help now! Today arrived this Ericsson Pocketfone Type 1811. Can anybody please tell me what kind of Ericsson Phone this is? I mean it is something like the old GH172, but there is no name to see for this phone. Is it possible that it has no name? Is it just type 1811? Then I absolutely like to know when it was built, but I can not see anything like "92W14" How can I know? Has anybody an idea? What have I bought?

Many thanks for every answer!

@tranced and others who have an idea about this: I found: http://mobilmuseet.typepad.co[....]seet/2007/02/hotline_nh51.html

Is it possible, that my pocketfone is a Ericsson Hotline NH51 for General Electric Co.?

Thanks Alex

You can read: "En betydelig mindre og lettere telefon enn Pocket. Dette er en NMT 900-telefon, type nr. 1914. Den koster knapt 10.000 kroner da den kom på markedet.

NH51 veier ca 470 gram, og måler 175x62x30 mm. Da er ikke antennen medregnet.

Mobilmuseets versjon er avbildet her, og i ganske bra stand."

Type 1914, so yours must be something else.

Posted by bucheral

Posted by tranced
It seems so and BobaFett has not been around

Posted by burmistrz

Here you are.

The NMT one is Type 1921.

With original orange keypad

The Ericsson Schrack has only be sold in Austria. Schrack Telecommunications has been the austrian 'daughter' of Ericsson SE.

Hi guys,

don't blame me for that but I'm going to sell my collection except for a small choice of the most rare phones. I just have no time to care for my collection anymore and my interests have changed. This is where you find more information: http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=195974.

My collection can be found here: http://www.e-zones.net

Oh, and please don't ask me for the rarities from the exception list. They are not for sale.

Many thanks to r0sewhite!

I got some new old phones for my collection today, here is an example, all others can be seen in the update folder of my homepage!

Super!

Can a mobile phone be a work of art? Can it be simply beautiful? Yes I think so, there was a time when not all phones were black....

In the sun they are irresistible, aren't they?

Nice pics there,

My girlfriend had stardust yellow T65 since 20 December 2002. At last the phone surrended... The final day was 12 August 2010. So, almost 10 years with constant use with the original battery. During that period it needed just one time to be in the service center (to make keys work properly again and remove some dust under the screen).

Though, this phone is not dead. The connector of the bottom needs to be repaired, so it can be charged again.

very nice collection of ericsson phones. i terribly missed the brand. ive had before most of the photos you have posted. i missed the r320s, t65, t20s, r380, r310, gf788, r600, r520 and t39. your photos brings back good memories of my love affair with ericsson.
right now, im just quitely preserving the ericsson part by sticking to 2 p800s and a p802 although they are by SE already. keep up your collections and to the die hard ericsson collectors around the world.

thank you so much dear Ericsson friend!

Dear Ericsson friends in this forum:

As a member since 2005 I have noticed that the messages in this forum get less from year to year. Remember:

Start in 2004 by Boba Fett, it was on January 18. This was page 001

January 01 of the year 2005 is page 177
January 01 of the year 2006 is page 436
January 01 of the year 2007 is page 525
January 01 of the year 2008 is page 616
January 01 of the year 2009 is page 640
January 01 of the year 2010 is page 647

Is there nothing to say anymore about old Ericsson phones? Have collectors become rare?
