Just for the fun of it i refurbished some 768 phones with the appreciated help of Mr. Ginz and Mr. 103ssv.
Got all of them working, unlocked and actually usable with good healthy batteries. Got two more but they need reflashing (tampered...) so hopefully someone here can help me here with the correct flashfiles. Firmware 99XXXXX preferred. (Tigerente?)
Brings me to the next question. Using google for parts I encountered a few Indonesian trade websites with mostly old information, but apparantly in some Asian (and Arab) countries the GF768 was released as GF768C in three different colours. Electric blue, electric green and orange. At first I thought these were copy housings ut after some research i'm in serious doubt. Anyone got more info on these new colours ?? The 768C seems to have another display resolution as well?!

I think it the best to make a search on eBay, save it and make eBay send you an email when there's an ACeS antenna somewhere on eBay.

Using the Sony Ericsson Unlock programs in USR I get Bypass boot authority and ERROR:0001A1

But im using the Serial flash cable which works as I just flashed 2 T28s this morning with the same cable.
The settings im using in PBB S/// v1.2 is Phone T39m/T39mc, Interface T28 Serial Cable, Com Port, COM1, Baudrate 921600kbps.
Any ideas on why I cant unlock the T39?

First things first: while looking for a particular T39 in my collection I found an interesting classic blue T39 made in Sweden (!) in 28w01(!!!), that's why I wanted to ask, whether someone knows when exactly T39-s were announced and produced? Because a Swedish T39, which was made in 2001 when T28-s were still in production is in my opinion quite rare if even not a proto... I have heard of T39m-s made in Sweden, but until now, thought it was an 'urban myth'. Hence the question: when the production started and when they were announced?
So now for the second part of the post: I'm going to sell off my collection and retain a couple of ///.
I have a lot of working A-R-T phones as well as spares and accessories + one TU R520 copper proto. Detailed list is still to be created:)

Ericsson released a few phones in China branded as Panda. GM518 was a A1018s
Panda GM818 was a re-branded T66 with Chinese menu and characters 2001
