It's not long until the 9th iPhone gets announced at Apples WWDC Event. These images have been leaked online along with rumored specifications of the phone.
This looks very realistic and is likely what we will see later in September this year.

I am a really big Apple fan, so that pretty much means I love the iPhone and as much as I like this design, it's kind of impossible for the entire back plate be metal. Where will the signal go through? It's too thin, as well, at least for my liking. But I do hope that the screen will go from side to side, it will be really interesting to see what Apple can come up with to compliment that.

Having an iphone really feels awesome because it is one of the best phones in the world. But if something goes wrong with your phone, having it repaired at once will be one of your best options. But it is quite expensive having an iphone repaired. A recent study suggests that $5.9 billion has perhaps been spent on iPhone fixes since the original was launched in 2007. The phones are incredibly fashionable, but are considered to be delicate and somewhat of a fussbudget, also as costly to fix. Source for this article:get additional information located at this webpage! If you need help with your expenses, try availing a cash advance right away. You will be able to get your iphone repaired at once.

When reading such articles you really need to put things into context>

1> How many sales of iphones since 2007 launch?
2> How many applications where purchased since 2007 launch.
3> what is the total revenues and profits associated from iOS devices (lets assume into the figures the cost of those unit repairs as well as the profits, sales of apps, devices, manufacturing per unit costs etc).
4a) Let's consider the recyling benefits of reducing costs of glass, aluminum and steel, and outsourcing manufacturing by Hon Hai
4> Let's now serve up the tally of totals vs expenses of repairs and such and see just how lucrative apple's business is!

I didn't actually think about that. It may need to have the same signal stripes as the HTC One has.

If Apple make a much larger screened iPhone I'd consider it. Yes you heard that right

Posted by mlife
Admittedly, I did not read any of the previous posts so I'm not sure if this was discussed BUT - those pictures just LOOK fake...

Anything over 5.0" would be ideal for me.

@ Mysterio, yeah it's exciting but also annoying
To learn when the actual product doesn't do what
They say above lol

@Bonovox, am I reading correct you tryout
the next iPhone perhaps lol that will be very interesting
If I get one too and you find faults with it

Don't worry, if there is a minor flaw hidden somewhere, Bono will find it.

The iPhone 6's camera could be coming with Electronic Image Stabilization and larger, 1.75μm pixels

I hope they can make the camera lens wider.. the current version is way too narrow for me to take it seriously. All the shots from the iPhones look like they came from instagram

That's exactly the size of the pixels on the Nokia N8... welcome to 2010 Apple..

Joking aside, I really hope that's true.. it would mean that they actually get it and are going in the opposite direction of everyone else.

Bigger sensor, less pixels, bigger pixels

If they can put a xenon flash on there I might keep it this time around.

Yeah, it will probably look very similar to that.. the 4.7 incher is going to be very tempting, in fact, I know that I will be getting it, the question is am I going to keep it as my main phone.

If Microsoft doesn't come up with a 1020 successor worth my time, I might have to settle with an Apple product

Posted by randomuser
Apparently Apple is going to use Quad HD resolution on the Iphone 6

HTC one rip off, that is a much more gorgeous phone, this is just trying too hard.

Don't forget N86 8MP 1.75microns, Dual LED released June 2009

Joking aside, there's some magic in iPhone camera IP algorithm (all sensors coming from Sony, in Xperias they look like crap), 5s really make nice images and quite consistent ones.

Hope 6 will improve this further, though judging those spyshots I'm not huge fan of 6 design, reminds me of 3/3gs language that never really grew on me.

Cheers,
Miki

^ oh yeah, forgot about that one

Apple are very good at software, that's what they do.. so its only natural for their imaging algorithms to be ahead of most andro OEMs out there. On top of that, they have "to the metal" access to their own hardware, very much like Nokia had with Symbian, which helps a lot.

So I have no doubt that the iPhone 6 camera will overachieve.. it has been the case since the iPhone 4s, and now that they got Ari Partinen from Nokia on board, things will only get better.

I am really hoping for a wider angle lens.. the current lenses produce silly squares

Posted by Miki69
wider angle AND allowing 16:9 format by default really hate those 4:3 (thanks randomuser for pointing me to camera+ app allowing various aspect ratios, but this is something that should be "by default").
I guess they really stepping up in the game:

some more pics:

Space grey does look tempting...

As for ergonomics (my biggest worry), I guess not that bad after all, as it isn't too wide (mockup at least)

leaked pic of the 5.5 inch iphone 6?

.... tbh, it doesn't look all that good, I wish they'd reduce the size of the bezels.

cheers!

TBH, I think that's the fundamental issue with iPhone in general. While you can argue 5/5s looks "nice" with home button, for such a large device (almost size of S3) home button looks ugly, unnecessary, waste of space... and to keep aesthetics and symmetry of device, top/bottom bezels are huge (by today's standard), just look at LG G3. Guess it takes more than simply stretching 5s.

I wonder if Apple is going to lose home button in future....

EDIT:
The iPhone 6 5.5" & 4.7" Mockup!

So apparently Iphone 6 is getting the Sony IMX220 sensor, same sensor as the one that will be used on Z3. But the difference is that the one for Iphone 6 will only have 13MP 1/2.3" whereas Z3 the usual 20.7 MP 1/2.3".

Very interesting as the 5S performed as good as the Z1/Z2 with a 1/3.0" sensor and now with the same sized sensor AND lower megapixel count it should have amazing image quality.

Posted by cu015170
Its because Apple decided to play the megapixel size marketing instead of the megapixel count which has been going on for years. I applaud them for it, but it still doesn't change the fact that the most important thing is the surface area of the sensor.. the pixel size vs. pixel density is an open debate.

What I can tell you for sure is that at 1.9 microns the iPhone 6 will probably have the best dynamic range we've seen from a phone so far.

Lets see if they can finally put wide optics in there.. up until now they've use narrow optics in order to maintain sharpness in the corners, but as shown by Zeiss.. you can have a wide lens that is sharp from end to end.

Can anybody explain why Apple don't use normal screen resolutions but instead use something obscure for example the iphone 6 is said to have a 828 x 1472 resolution which is just above 720p but quite off full HD.

Posted by cu015170
My guess is something to do with their apps... and you know.. they are Apple.

There are two things with that design that I don't like.

1. The tiny camera bulge makes no sense at all.. it should be blended into the body. The sensor is not that big for it be there.. I understand that the phone is super thin, but still.. they can blend it in.

2. The bezel to screen ratio sucks compared to other leading 4.7 - 5 inch devices.

Posted by XperiaJunkie
According to GSMARENA the iPhone 6 is taller and wider the the HTC One M7 which shares the same size display but has the dual speakers at the top and bottom which adds to the size but what's Apple's excuse?
IPhone 6 dimensions. 137.5 x 67 x 7 mm
HTC One M7 dimensions. 137.4 x 68.2 x 9.3 mm

^ inexperience in semiconductor screen tech.. they are probably a generation or two behind the Koreans and the Japanese when it comes to that.

The 3 leading devices, as far as I know, are these

http://www.gsmarena.com/lg_g2_mini-6077.php

4.7inch @ 129.6 x 66 x 9.8 mm

and this.. really impressive work by Sharp

http://www.gsmarena.com/sharp_aquos_crystal-6590.php

5 inch @ 131 x 67 x 10 mm

^ I would take this any day if it wasn't running android and it had the opitcs/sensor combo from the 20mpix Lumias

and the galaxy alpha

132.4 x 65.5 x 6.7 mm

So the iPhone 6 is very far from those, unfortunately.

And that 7mm thickness.. why ? anything around the 10mm is thin enough.

the front looks nice.. I think the screen might be curved a bit and it has rubber around it like the 808/1520

the back is not bad either

These could be fake tho... so..
