When people try to call me sometimes my phone rings once, then goes to voicemail and sometimes doesn't ring at all. They have to call me at least 1-2 times before it actually works. Why is this? Do Not Disturb is off, I don't think that would be the problem anyway since it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. This is a brand new iPhone... is there another setting I should be looking for or should I take it into the Apple store?

Please note that not all providers (GSM) support standard gsm network codes; for example Rogers nor Telus nor bell mobility does
You may have to make changes in the settings menu of iOS.
