w715 & loading music files

Hi guys help me out plz with this w715. I have phone memory plus memory card. When I create a new playlist it only offers to 'ADD' from folders in the phone memory e.g. 'ringtones'. How do I tell it get the mp3s from the memory card?

(My old 660i always let me access the mem card.)

That's strange. When you are about to add music, you are able to see the files from both, the internal memory and the external.

Is that phone branded?

Problem solved. I had created the same folder name in both phone & card.
