Hey, all, I bought a Motorola razr phone & a Megix case as a birthday gift for my uncle ,but the problem is that I don’t know how to do with this : a message says that an error message indicates that the phone cannot start the upgrade process…How should I do? I guess you should run the update process using the motorola software for pc.
