It doesn't has noise cancelling, i believe it's the same HPM-70 except for the 3.5 plug. DS205 doesn't have noise cancelling either but I think it sounds better that the headset tahat comes in the box.
If you want noise cancelling go for DS980, thay sound very good and have noise cancelling feature

O dats not bad... Cuz im usin ds205 but usin da hpm70 earbud... Im juz afraid da mic on dat hpm70 is bad as many ppl complain...
