I reckon it shouldn't be too long before it hits the shelves here in Canada...people here just looooooooooove that flip shit...as for me:
1. I know better than to buy LG, I used to work for a CDMA cell phone operator (www.bell.ca)
2. It's a CDMA, look up this thread http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=60879#post791605
3. I agree with the antenna being a drawback, such a pain in the ass...either you get coverage or you don't. Doesn't have to be complicated! Besides, I've seen those antennas break way too often, and you have to buy another one, or else you get shit coverage most everywhere....
4. That round shit on the side, well, they look like mags from a car in a rap video
5. Last, but definitely not least, it's not SonyEricsson!!! lol
Come on, it almost looks like a spaceship...too many phone nowadays look like toys. Problem with many clamshells is that if theres a problem with the display, 4 out of 5 times the provider will deny any responsibility and you're stuck with the bill...or buying a new phone. Not only that, the menus from LG in general aren't very user friendly, I for one didn't think so, nor did I like them.
Your choice guys, it "looks" cool, but not for me.
I will say this though : Seems like companies that manufacture CDMA phones are wisening up to features such as MP3 players and such. Maybe in the future they will offer a proper product.
For the time being, no way
