Good day everyone.

The idea of starting this thread is to gather all the users of k750i and talk over about the firmwares they are using. The issues could be bugs, fixes, performance, benefits, tricks and upgrading problems.I know this thread will offend some users who are thinking there is already a thread similar to this.I want to say that the threads which you have in mind are becoming too populated and is making it difficult for a new user to search and find a way out of his problem. The purpose is also to attract SONY ERICSSON developers to this thread so they will become aware of what the firmware fuzz is about. If we can gather lots of information i am sure it will be a mint for our k750s!

Thank you

Should this not be in the software board?

Cheers!

actually, i just updated my firmware to r1n035 and i've been having some significant problems. I know there's a bug that corrupts the file system on some memory sticks, i followed the instructions, and even tried to reflash my phone. But the problem's still there. Whenever I create new folders, I get a lot of ascii characters and the folder itself is absurdly large (like 100 gigs). It also has problems copying mp3's. Anyone else having this problem after flashing?

Noodle.

You are right man. Many of them are having similar problem after upgrading to r1n035. I would suggest u to downgrade it through davinci although i have never tried it or u can wait for the future firmware which iam sure will be release within a few weeks.Sony Ericsson are really quick at making them. . And i hope they don't mess it up as they did for w800i.

ok guyz. i had a question here. is this firmware r1n035 for both k750 and w800? coz if it is then w800 must have lost its flight mode option. or may be the k750 has it. please let me know. and is r1n005 the latest w800 firmware. if u could help with a little comparison with those of k750 it would be nice for us. and keep posting guys.
thanks.

Yeah I had that prob. I formatted my memory stick using FAT and all was gone! No 100gig folders! lol But I kept the folder layout cos I wanted it to be the same.. cos when you format, it deletes everything.

U can get around the problem with stickin the card into a cardreader, making folders, draging files there. Itīs also way faster than copying from the computer through the cable.
