All variants? On SETool support is weird version for Western Europe and 9megabytes custompack with all languages...

Well Ive had R1EA031 so had time to have a look and play with the new firmware, for me its so much better in response on the phone
no crashes or reboots.

I have however Master reset the phone before and after the software installed.

Also formatted the memory card.

One thing i commented on a couple of times was battery life, saying it wasnt as good.

Im now going to reserve judgement.

So far today Ive used it as normal.

on R1DA038 I would have about 55% left

On R1EA031 I have 73% left.

So i will see if i now get 3 full days out of it.

darrengf have you got Media Pleyaer in landscape bug ? I mean dissapiring background ... I`m asking because i know 3 people who don`t have this issue and this is strange for me :/

In themes with customized Media look when you move your phone to landscape position the bacground you`ve customized dissapear ... Here is one theme to check it (made by me) LINK

everyone has it, it is a documented bug. in the second picture from darrengf the background image is gone, background color remains but image is gone. please look carefully.

I think that the battery life is a bit reduced on R1EA031 (comparing with the previous R1CA037).
