Get caller's name on HBH-30 |

yes, i understand you corectly, my hbh functions properly... when i get an incoming call, my headset anounces the name of the caller, but its only ture if i have a prerecorded voice dialing tag for the contact who is calling me... so i guess it works

Read the whole post. satg explains the settings.
If your version is R2x then it should work.
If not then give it a try. It doesn't work on R5x.
Everybody downgrade!

it reffers to your software version, you should be able to chek it in the srvice menu, hope you lnow how to get to the service menu!?

Go to the main screen (not in menu) and use this key combination:
> * < < * < *
> = joystick right
< = joystick left
* = *

a quick search or/and look at the FAQ's normally gets u ur answer!

How is it with R6 or R7? Can you hear who's calling through the bluetooth-headset? |

I do not get caller name through the headset either and one other thing is I use it with two T68i's and only one will use voice dialing even when I only have bluetooth switched on on one phone at a time. I seem to have read somewhere that the HBH-30 only has full functions with the last handset that ti was paired with is this true as I could not get a straight answer from SonyEricsson customer services. |
