I finally got it to work.
Thank you all!
But now I'm I want to now which is the best camera driver for it.
I want great picture and 30FPS video. 
Then I want some cool things

Oh I'm sorry If I haven't been to precise, I'm already done with the flashing part.
Now I only have these problems:
1. I put 2 .gif's as startup and shutdown but doesn't work.
I name the .gif's
SHUTDOWN_IMAGE_SEMC
STARTUP_IMAGE_SEMC
But it still doesn't work 
2. I don't know which camdriver to chose, I want the best, with 30FPS video.
3. The sound is still shitty as hell when I use the speakers. Which acoustic should I chose?

remove the .gif extension from the images you are uploading to phone.. put them in the phone without extension
