Ok let's ignore a simplistic cable to plug-in, the industries first reversable one at that. Now let's replace a VERY cheap and simple $15US cable with a $45 cable and small pod which 1 cannot be plugged into your computer for charging, and 2 needs a specific wallcharger. Now in the real world dollars and sense boys and girls. Let's now place the phone over the charging pad and dash off. Which basically saves you 1.2 seconds per time you charge BUT reduces you by 5-10 seconds if you wish to transfer data, rebuild the OS on the phone because you need a new cable to do so.

If I can wirelessly charge the way Tesla, the REAL Tesla envisioned then THAT is when I want that in my phone, notebook, car, Stereo, portable speakers and wireless headsets.

That being said I can live without it but what I don't like and this applies to 6s plus model is the lack of fast charging . I don't know why Apple doesn't realise that it takes too long to charge the 6plus

Made by two manufacturers ... this has been known, signed contract for months across so many blogs.
TMSC and Samsung.

Their pushing their own boundaries while maintaining an improving upon what works. IBM assisting them with corporate focused apps - minimal for now but if Watson becomes integrated with SIRI ... Apple is NO JOKE. Hate them, love them, attempt to vilify them - they KNOW how end user experience NEEDS to be done and perfected it. They'll properly analyze their sales and pre-order records and then audit internally and externally before releasing the data! That is just how smart companies work.

I personally LOVE the 6S ... the 6 I knew better not to buy, just like Windows 98 vs 98SE, ME vs XP, Vista vs Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 vs Windows 10 ... always get the revision!!!

Everyone, especially BlackBerry 10 and Android fans love to hate on Apple but the simple fact is they KNOW their target markets, their market needs and wants and how they can GROW their market share and profits ... they've pretty much re-invented this whole game including Supply Chain ... they even have an internal business course on all these aspects and is being vetted by huge well known USA Universities: Harvard etc.
