You can't uninstall it because less then 2 day's after Apple launched iOS7 they shut down the iOS6 authentication servers, your only option is to buy or trade for an iPhone with iOS6 and don't upgrade it, or, like me, sell the piece of s.. and buy a nice Android phone, well the Xperia Z1f anyway

I have an iPhone 4s using until I can get me a Note and I updated to iOs 7 and I hate it. I didn't even know that with iphone you can't use your music as ring tones. I would like to downgrade but I take solace in knowing that I will go back to Android in a month or two.
