Cannot connect PC & w715 or w660 - why?

Both my w715 & w660 do not connect to any PC via MyPhoneExplorer (any version). The response is always 'No device found. disconnect battery Restart PC & try again."

any guidance please??

Are you selecting "Phone mode"?

Probably the drivers aren't installed. It's been like this always?

I've installed myphoneexplorer a zillion times. Are there more drivers apart from the downloaded program??

I think not. I recommend you to try another computer.
