Problems after flashing SE W980 with a2uploader

Hi there,
i flashed my se w980 with a2uploader and everything was fine till i disconnected after saying it's ready. I then tried to connect again to put the custom file, but doesn't want to connect. Tried with omnius and xs++ as well, but no luck. When disconnect the phone from a2uploader it shoes following message:
phone pre-boot failed,possible RECOVERY needed.
PROCEDURE WAS STOPPED BY USER
Elapsed:15 secs.
