kindly help me with my problem. i have an issue with my Satio, when i try to play a video that i downloaded from the internet (all video i downloaded is compatible to my phone) an error message always pops up message is "unable to play sound or video clip. trying to play partially". i also tried recording a video using my phone and to my surprised when i try to ply the recorded video same error message appear, in short i cannot play any video on my phone. i checked Sony Ericsson's website for the latest firmware install the software but still same issue, tried factory reset and still same error message and problem. can someone help me on how to resolve the issue thanks.

i have the same problem with my satio...
i recorded video by my satio,,when i tried to play it..it says ,,cant play all vid,,,just part of it...and played just voice,,and when i move the videos i recorded on pc,,they work fine,,,
so the satio record but doesnt play even the videos i sent to satio..such as 3gp videos..wont play..it says ..cant play only part of video,,and just play the voice
,so plz plz plz ..tell me what to do
