Got home this evening to find my newly boxed phone waiting for me, after un-boxing it and putting everything together eg. Charger its now on Recharge ive not turned it on yet but im leaving that exciting part till after work later! First impressions are it looks like a smaller Desire, and doesnt look cheaply put together im pretty excited to get started with it but will have to wait till after work later lol! Has anybody else got this bad ass phone yet?

Enjoy your new toy and your first delve into the Android world. I just read a good review on GSM Arena site. They said it feels good to hold lol. Welcome to Android.

I've had a play with the Wildfire and it seems a good phone well built.
Just to add. Virgin mobile have just had this on their network with a very good package. For £20 a month you get a free HTC Wildfire, 200 mins, unlimited texts and unlimited internet.

Does anyone know how to decrease the menus size text etc? it looks abit big currentley and im not totally blind just yet
ps where is the Android market app on the phone?
@ Andy, it it indeed built well, it's a mini Desire in believe without the Higher frame processor and higher quality screen,
none of both bother me anyway it's a better phone than my last btw
saw Vodafone have the handset on a £20 tariff too,
im on a £25 tariff reduced to £20 anyway got 300mins, Ulim Texts and mobile internet

@MissUk,
are you at all going to tell us anything about actually using the Wildfire?
Posted by hihihans
No, she only wanted to let us know she has one
Posted by Bonovox
Leave her be she has been working hard over the weekend
Posted by Miss UK
LOL well ive had the whole weekend to figure it out..
the other half sorted it as he had the Desire!
I actually prefer the Wildfire over the desire btw,
it's smaller the battery life is heaps better and I dislike the Buttons on the desire,
mine is all touch
The Desire has a better display but personally the wildfire does everything that does and is cheaper !
the camera is good checkout this pic I took at the staff room at work
