Someone please tell me how to turn of the "message sent" message that comes after sending a text its drive me MAD!

How to stop my phone connecting to gprs etc when im not actually using it. It just never seems to disconnect.

A simple solution for your first query is to install XperiaTweak (www.cliffords.nu), then on the main tab, check 'Disable message sent notification'. There are other workarounds, but I prefer XperiaTweak which has a few other useful tweaks as well.

To the second question: turn OFF the apps which make it.
Like Windows Live or others, they make your device connect to the internet.
Or it's an undelivered mms, I experienced that, in that case just reboot the X1.
