K850I turns on but freezes help!

last night i turned off my phone to take the sim card out, i put it back in and now when i turn the phone on it goes to the home screen, sais searching and then just freezes! please help it has never done this before!!

i have tried taking the battery out, swapping sim cards, charging, usb but nothing.

what do i do??

also, i cant return it because i brought it from ebay uk!!!!

but it was brand new and i have had it for a year with no problems.

I suggest to try reflash your phone with SEUS.
NOTE: This will delete all the data on your phone memory!
