hi guys,
I have a 6month old w910, and its been giving me poor reception for a while.
I heard w910 has good reception, however my phone has poor reception in the malls and unusual locations.
The factors that might have lead to this problem for me is :
firmwire upgrade (after this it has begun funny problems like that)
dropping the phone several times (might have loosen the antenna)
please leave your opinions,

Have you tried the update service by Sony Ericsson?
If not it might be hardware fault.

i have only upgraded the phone with sony update, there was no fix.
thanks for the opinion though.

If you think the phone is malfunctioning, you can take it to the nearest
service center and ask there for help. If your phone is faulty you may get it replaced for free.

unfortunately, i live in canada thus no service centres close. Plus i got my phone in china so thats a minus.
