Chocolate Phone Marks Birthday With 6 Million Sold
19 November 2006 by axxxr The Chocolate phone from LG Electronics celebrates its first anniversary this month,marking sales of some 6 million units worldwide.
LG Electronics estimates released Thursday put sales at 3 million at the end of August, plus an additional 3 million in the following two-and-a-half months.LG predicts sales could reach 10 million in the first half of next year. In Europe, North and South America, China, Asia and Africa the phone is growing steadily in popularity in a total of 70 countries and now easily shifts over 1 million units a month. source:chosun
