What does CID stand for e.g. 29 / 36. Could you please explain this for me.

That makes it a Voda branded phone
CID is the numerical value of the data account on the phone
Internet account , wap account are data accounts...

Different RSA pairing etc etc

Both MRAO and Gbrooks are correct, but in different contexts. The CID that you mean has to do with the Country ID. If you plan to debrand your v800 and make it a z800 (I did by the way), there is a thread that gives step by step instructions.

To start with, you will need a PC, not a Mac or Linux. Next you will need either a Serial cable or a DSS-25 Sync Station (please look these things up, they are not hard to find). You will need to download and install either the DaVinci Client, or the TMS client. I used Davinci as I already had a sync station.

Go to: Esato forum for the instructions. Hope this helps.

By the way, the CID that MRAO was referring to also has to do with the data accounts on your phone.
