Why don't you give a reason why you find it repulsive. I think it's fantastic, and no offence but as a student I wouldn't go around with a bulging S700i

its a mid range segment phone and marketed below the s700i
no memory stick because SE does not want to compete with its W800i walkman model if I was SE I would just put stereo speakers in the W800i to make it a kick ass phone
but i like the design and for gaming is the best in its class

EDIT: A close friend who is at the singapore conference now, and has found the S600 to be fantastic and small, ergonomic and compact!

my opinion is 'i prefer my s700'. i like the looks beter on the s7.the card slot makes all the difference aswell.
the s600 does look nice though |

WTF is that loop thing! Antenna? Looks more like a bloody handle for carrying it around! I am certainly not impressed by that phone!
I can see why SE have made it, every class needs a low end varient, which the K series has a good few of but to bastardise the look of the S700 is just plain wrong!
Still think it isn't wise leaving out the memory stick, why put a 1.3MP camera in it! Even the D500 has more memory than that, and they are quite similar in specs. It will strugle to compete with the D500, especially if the price is not tailored just right for the market! |

It's not low class. It just doesn't include a memory slot and THAT's it! Its so you can put a strap on it, if you used your brain. The S700 is far too huge and bulky for my liking, but each to his own. you were WARNED of Ellen weeks beforehand, the design shouldn't come as such a shock, it's for youth. I don't know the dimensions yet.
