Three Internet Profile Settings - Australia |

Hi, I'm in Australia and I'm using a V802SE i bought from Hong Kong. Currently I'm unable to access any 3 services, mms, gprs, wap or anything like that. When i access the Internet Profile settings, there are no existing profiles. Is anyone able to help me find these settings? I have tried calling three australia and they have been unable to provide me with any help.
Also i have my older Z1010 which i bought from Three Australia. Inside the Internet profile settings here, i see 3 profiles, however aside from being able to see that there are 3 existing profiles, it will not allow me to enter the profle itself to see the settings. Is there anyway to unblock this so i can retreive the information i need for my new phone?

since the z1010 is networked locked i don't think you can't access the settings. is there anyway you can transfer them to the other handset (e.g. via BT)?
i suspect the z802 doesn't recognize the 3 network in aus because it was bought overseas, and is just picking up the GSM services. however, you can only set/use those profiles if you are in a "video-call zone", so check the 3 service maps. you may have to go into a metro area to activate those features.
i'm sure there are others more knowledgable than me about this.
