Listen to David He's a legend, I sold him my p800 after xmas and now small world he found me and helped me fix it, In the end I can only get the free gprs in opera, the settings are as follows
Internet Accounts:
-Account name: O2 WAP GPRS
-Conn. type: GPRS
-user name: payandgo
-password: Password
-Address: payandgo.o2.co.uk
-IP add. auto: Tick
-DNS add. auto: Tick
-Use Proxy: Tick
-Proxy add: 193.113.200.195
-Proxy port: 8080
-Enable PPP: Tick
any other settings leave the same
if you cant get it on the normal browser get opera then go to preferances and enter in the proxy settings as above, Thanks to all esp David he knwos what hes doing, this really does work I have it on mine but it only works in opera Cheers |

Ah true, but ive had problems with it, ive tried mutiple settings, but none have worked these are the first ive had that do, Ive jsut managed to get it to work in the standard browser, it would only connect with the normal wap, I had to delete this account as it would automatically set this one even if the gprs was set as prefered |

so you were using a wap account?
wap is not free, that explains why you were being charged.
you can disable the option in wap accounts:
just untick the "use WAP account" option

I know it works, I now get free gprs and have for a few days, is there anyway to get free wap, or is that asking to much? |
