Hi all. I'm a new user here.

I was just wondering if anyone can help me with a slight problem on my phone. It seems that recently, the amount of messages I can store has been reduced. I'm not sure of the exact amount, but I believe I used to be able to store over 30 altogether. Now I can only store a maximum of 22. That is a total of 22, ie, 11 sent items, 11 inbox. Surely this phone should be able to handle more SMS text messages than that!?

I have used the "Delete all messages" option in both the Inbox and Sent Items. I have nothing in Saved Items or Templates. So I made sure everything was empty and then switched the phone on and off, and still after just 11 messages, it tells me I have too many messages and need to delete messages before I can read the new message.

Is there anything I can do??

P.S. As a side note, my "Phone Status" says I have 33918kb of free memory

hmm the K700 can hold 100 messages. I dont know what the problem with yours is, mayb the message memory full is referring to your simcard message memory? (Saved Items)

I've never been able to hold that many. I think the most I've held in my inbox is about 20 messages. Would doing a master reset be of any help? And will the master reset wipe off all my pictures/ringtones, etc?

A master reset does solve this problem though, as, I had my messages reduced to only being able to hold 13. The capacity goes back up to 100 after reset.. (I think the problem my phone had was, in the inbox it would 'delete' the message, but, it would still be there, but, just not visible, as, when i tried sorting messages through FMA it wouldnt work. )

Okay, I moved the pics and stuff across and did a master restart. Not sure if it's worked yet as I haven't got 22 messages yet. One small thing, I didn't save any themes as I hadn't downloaded any and I thought the ones on there were ones that came standard with the phone, but they werent. It has wiped off all themes except O2 Theme. Is there any way I can get some of the other themes? The one I was using came with my phone and the wallpaper screen was kinda like bubbles/circles floating upwards on the screen (Not the 02 bubbles).

I think it may have been called Lunar or something?
