I bought the original Ericsson T68 the day it came out in Australia and I still say it is the best phone I've EVER bought! Sadly, mine got stolen shortly after buying it and as they were $AU1000 at the time, I couldn't afford to buy another one... I wish you could still buy them (or even the Sony Ericsson T68i), 'cause I'd buy one in a second if you could!

How interested are you?
I found my Ziroccan gold T68 brand new, boxed last summer, and i know others who have found T68i´s brand new (might have been replacement units, i´m not sure)
I payed AUD 191 for mine, and the others i know payed around AUD 200 - 250.
If you like i could scout around for one.
(Living in Sweden DOES help i feel, when it comes to old \\\ and SE-phones)

True! I'm gonna have a party
Pretty soon I've also had t68 for three years. Party again
The t68i in my pocket right now I've had for a year and a half. Before that I had three phones which all died.

As anyone who has read any of my previous posts mentioning the T68i will know, I consider the T68i to be the greatest mobile phone ever made. I still have my T68i and it still works as well as it did when I first got it.

Even today the T68i can still compete with many modern handsets, indeed it is actually more advanced than some handsets on sale in the UK at the moment.

Viva la T68!

I'm using my T68i this week as my second handset with german sim card in it as my V3 has gone back to be replaced, so the promotion for the T68i is short lived but does remind me about how good it felt when I got it (from Expansys actually) the first weekend it was available and how it good it was to finally have colour!

I gave my mum my old T68i and she loves it. She was previously on a Motorola which was a brick with an aerial!

The T68i was my first SE, it is SE's most powerful 'Nokia killer'.

Now in my opinion the T68m/i are the best 2.5G fones ever made.

I still have my T68m (with "i" firmware) and used it as my primary phone until my V800 arrived last week. It still has all the original accessories and battery. I will not trade this phone EVER!

I have now boxed it and put it safely away I would like to get my hands on an original T68i though to add to the collection ;P

I'm not using it yet, but it will be my new phone from tomorow on, to replace my t39 that was stolen 2 weeks ago.

Maybe you cannot compare it to nowadays phones, but for a very low price (around 30€ for a t68i here in Argentina) you can have a godd damn phone, one of the best a few years ago. I'm not interested in quality colour screens, but yes in triband operation, small size and long batery life, so the t68 is perfect !
Apple Ericsson would have been better !

T28 WORLD and... T39 again !!!
