the many things that i love about the philippines (my country) is i get to participate in the goverment. i am part of the government - democracy at work, democracy at its finest.

I'm only 20 and I've always come out of these situations winning because I'm a whiney beeyatch
In your situation, I'd call up SE, if nothing, send a letter further up the ladder, threaten legal action, and to report them to the respective agencies. Also get in contact with the management of the company that replaced your phone.

Good luck!

You should contact SE directly.. Call their support number and explain what happend. I have had only positive expereince with SE. For example half a year ago my mothers ericsson wireless DECT phone battery died, I went to 6 stores here in stockholm and nobody had that battery. So I was very angry I called their support number and explained the whole. The lady sent of the battery for free.. No problems... I wish you all the luck now!

When you bought your card, you should have Pin1 and Pin2... if you don't that means you don't need it, cos your provider doesn't support it.... don't worry... you can get the Puk2 from your service provider!!

@Bart, write a letter to don't let them get away with it.... If you can do nothing else, go to gms.2dehands.nl en verkoop hem aan iemand dom en koop een nieuwe
When fix your phone, you have until the end of your one year warranty period OR 90 days, whatever is longer....
So you should have warranty until December...
