Sony Ericsson k700i online upgrade doesn't work on O2 |

It's possible this has come up here somewhere else, but I couldn't spot it - just got the Sync Station and got a message telling me that that my service provider don't do the online upgrade thing.
Anyone know what my other options are to get firmware upgraded? It came from O2 themselves.
