Yep, and she will be pissed off when she sees how happy I am without her, I can do better, friends and family have said so, not just now, in the past too. Wish I'd listened at the time, guess I just followed my heart. Will be wiser in future, for now gonna be a party animal, make up for lost time.

i'm from notts to, had the same trouble with my ex as well, had to bide my time, then called in some friends, a family from bestwood park, i guess you know who i mean, wow did the guy get it, he left her and she tried to come back to me, told her to f off. guess you feel like your stomach is twisted in knots, but it passes, just make sure you get your own back, pride is everything |

I know it is so easy to give advice. People may tell u to forget about her, that she doesn't deserve u... things like that. And I know too how painful it is to be betrayed by someone u trust (and love).
It's normal to grieve. In fact, it's HEALTHY to grieve. Let yourself get over the pain... give yourself time to cry... let out your anger (punch her pillow, use her toothbrush to clean your shoes, make her bra into a baseball...). And then, give yourself another chance to live a good life. You deserve to have a good life like everybody else.
For the meantime, why not try some sport? If you are not sports-minded, why not walk around the neighborhood... or go malling! Go, get up man! Do anything physical to get u busy. Exercise would make you feel better. It's what I do during an emotional crisis - it really works!
Forget about revenge. Unknowingly, you are punishing yourself by thinking about revenge. The constant surge of hormones at sustained high levels would damage u physically. Your emotional outbursts wouldn't hurt your wife at all.The physical damage resulting from your emotional outbursts is solely exacted on you.
Learn to be happy without depending on others to make u feel happy.

Well now you can do what ever you want with out your wife complaining, drink all night, go to strip clubs, pulls as many girls as you want without your wife finding out.
Your better off without her, she's lucky that you didn't kill her, I can't believe that "your" kid turn out to be someone elses.
