It has been said before but you will still only get the 10m range that your phone has, you wont get 100m range with the phone and pc because both devices need 100m not just one.

what about 99 meters away from your pc?

I don't think K700i is capable of connecting to a shoutcast server, since that is needed to run a server with winamp.

BUT PLEASE...correct me if i'm wrong... i would love that function 2. [addsig]

about the 100m or 10m range.. someone told me about this.. and i hope what he said is true..
consider ur K700 with 10m range & ur bluetooth adapter with 100m range.. when both the devices are more than 10m away from each other.. it's possible for data transfer from ur bluetooth adapter to ur K700 becoz ur K700 can be detected.. but ur K700 will not be able to detech ur bluetooth adapter & not data transfering from ur K700 to ur bluetooth adapter will be possible..
i hope that is true.. and i think it is..

so we can asume that the protocol does not use any kind of handshaking. So when you transfer files they can easily become corrupted? [addsig]

The phone has to have the correct Bluetooth Profile to support this. In this case it needs to support Audio Gateway Profile.
But even if it would support this profile it would sound like shit cause it is made for low bandwidth voice.
