maybe it's just me, but if anyone said anything of that sort to me, I would only remain polite if it would give me more opportunity for compensation. If not, I'd probably ask them what their f**kin problem is, AFTER I get their names and employee numbers!

Well evidence is hard to come by in your case, unless you can find someone that got the same "friendly" treatment as you.

Happen, i agree with the guy, smile with a gun, if they laughed at me, I would ask them to stop laughing at me or I would sever the connections between their spine and head, if they laugh more, I would do it. I am a mixed martial artist (mma), doing ufc,
Noone should treat you like that. Stick up for yourself. In fact, if I was you, walk in and ask them for the head office details. If they laugh, throw a few eggs at the guys face, say "if we were outside, id throw you a beating, but your not, this should humiliate you enough, you'll be hearing from my boys soon" then throw the eggs hard in his face and all his clothes. Also, mix water baloons with food colouring and throw on his hair and face.
Do it, and walk out camly, then run like hell !!

Surely you must be able to get generic firmware put on your phone if you request it, but whether or not CPW or others will do it is another issue. good luck to you

It's easy. Walk to the store and ask the questions and they will probably answer worst than before, before they do this, activate the vocie recorder in a cell phone and carry it in your hand (obvious before you step in the store so they can't know) and do the first, then send it to your computer and transform it as an mp3 or wav and send it to CPW. Or if you want you can call them and reproduce the sound. Good Luck. And think before doing it, don't mess up (don't let them see you with the voice recorder on).
