now that ive got my p800 fully working, i am having trouble finding a place to download apps and mp3s. please somone tell me wnere 2 get them. i am most desperate 4 the camcorder. cheers.

Plus im not sure the p800 can play mp3's?
As for Apps, there are loads, search the net...easy

The basic p800 will play mp3's, wav's, midi etc., it does on mine...as far as the camcorder software, i've seen threads about it on here, can't tell you where exactly though...use the search

The P800 can play MP3s but cannot use them as ringtones/message tones like the P900 can.
I wouldn't go mad trying to get the camcorder, it's not all that good. The latest Phillips one is best but still not as good as the P900s Communicorder & certainly not worth buying.
Also it still has the most annoying thing where all video files associate with the camcorder instead of the internal video player. This becomes a real problem when u d/load a new vid for example as the camcorder does not allow u to save the clip so u have no way of savin it. Have to uninstall the camcorder & d/load the vid again, used to really annoy me that did!
A great site for apps is www.my-symbian.com but there's no illegal stuff there, try Yahoo groups for that

true, i forgot to mention that....although I simply take mp3's edit them and convert them to .wav for ringtones...only problem is file size but other than that, not big issue.
