Can someone tell of how large or what is the difference between the class 1 and the class 2 dongles? As I see the class 2 dongle's output power is max +6dBm.

NoName (but has the same shape with the Tecom BT3030, found from google!), 100% satisfied as well... Maybe it is a Tecom, but it doesn't have anything about it on the box or on the dongle. The box isn't the same with the now-sold Tecom BT3030's, too...
Oh, now I looked at the back side of the dongle (after almost 2 years later! ) and this is also a BT3030, but still nothing about Tecom.. |

It doesn't say anything except "Bluetooth" and a little logo on mine, but when you go into "device information" in the setup it tells me that it's manufactured by CSR. |

CSR- Cambridge Silicon Radio...
They design the actual blue tooth chip... Wouldn't be too sure about the dongle....
My belkin one as a csr chip in it...
I used to manufacture CSR chips... 8x8bga ones...

Sitecom, but I'm thinking on buying a new one to use at home but I need more coverage than the Sitecom has so I can control Winamp in my bedroom using BT Control .
This post could have been made from a K700i or from a T610. |
