i just had an idea, and i don't know if it's already been done or even possible. i thought it might be useful to have a "new pm" notification come up in the esato bar for logged in users.
any thoughts?
for those who don't know about the esato bar go to http://www.esato.com/bar

Not bad idea. Think it could be managed with the buddy list aswell, of course it depends on @laffen.

Thats a great idea, other forums usually have a pop-up that tells you.
Maybe Esato can do the same? |

PM's already show at the main scroll bar along the top. As you know it turns red. But this only alerts you when the page is refreshed.

The almighty bar is a old future that i have been using for ages and i use to refresh it alot just to check for the latest posts.
I realy like the idea with the pm notification.

I realy love it because the posts is showing as the latest posts but not categorised like the one you usualy use. It is showing the posts in order.
