Does anyone know of a good software that can convert MP3 or Wav files into a Polyphonic Midi format?
I have tried several types but they all seem to be crap. |

there is no "good" way to do this. midi is a much lower quality sound format than the other two, so any format change from mp3/wav to midi is going to degrade the recording appreciably. as a result, the usual answer to this question is "why would you want to?"
if you do a search for any of "midi converter", "mp3 converter" or "wav converter" you should find a few links in many previous threads.
hope this helps.
