while possible, it is undesirable due to significant downgrade in quality. if you  i'm sure you will find plenty of similar threads with some links.

i've heard of software being available but understanding how midi works, i seriously doubt your gonna achieve anything worth playing on a phone.
the most it could do is find the midi file for th song your playing via the web, like how media player finds the song titles and artist info etc. |
