I saw numerous references to this problem and replied to one of them, but don't have the time to search through and reply to all, so I thought a new topic was in order. THe problem I had was that I could transfer files to the phone but not the other way around. When I tried I got a "No Devices Found" error. Here's the fix..........
I use a 3COM wireless card and found this in the 3COM Knowledge Base (Solution ID is 2.0.101893730.3746378):
Some newer phones (notably the t68i and t68m) use a feature called Service Class Filtering. This is not a requirement of the BT 1.1 spec but if both devices do not support it, the device supporting SCF will not be able to discover the other device.
NOTE: The original T68 phone does not exhibit this problem
Fix: Download and install BTCMSCF.EXE from the 3Com website
I found the BTCMF.EXE file and installed it and everything has been fine since. I can't speak for other BT cards but hopefully you can find updates for them to support SCF too.

More recently, I've found what the key to success it.
When you install the version 16 Teecom drivers, you MUST have the MSI bluetooth device plugged into the PC with it being recognised properly by the system. | |
